Meet Our CEO
Gary Ross is a Speaker, Trainer, Coach, Author, and the Founder of NextGen Futures. NextGen Futures is dedicated to youth leadership development. Gary is also an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team. Gary is a Certified Instructor of the I Lead Program which promotes personal growth, sharpen leadership skills, enhance teamwork, and develop emerging leaders in today’s youth.
